At Bharat Diaries Exam Prep, we believe in radical student privacy and strict data minimization. We do not require visitors to register, log in, or provide sensitive personal identity records to access any public examination materials or practice tests.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect student names, phone numbers, Aadhaar or government identity numbers, mailing addresses, or compulsory email accounts for regular study note downloads or mock tests.

2. Anonymous Mock Test Attempts & Result Tokens

When you initiate a practice test, the system generates an unguessable 64-character random cryptographic token (such as a8f9c...). This token uniquely identifies your test session in our database so the server can compute your score and render your explanation review.

We store:

• The selected mock test ID and start/submit timestamps.
• Your chosen multiple-choice options for the purpose of scoring and review.
• Aggregated marks and accuracy percentage.
• A salted hash of your connection IP address to prevent brute-force automated abuse.

3. Cookies & Local State

Public visitors do not receive persistent tracking cookies. Temporary technical cookies may be used during active test navigation to track countdown timers or CSRF security tokens on submitted contact feedback.

4. Retention & Automatic Purging

Anonymous test records are retained for a configurable period (defaulting to 90 days), after which they may be purged by the system administrator to minimize database storage and respect digital hygiene.
